Surgbly

About Surgbly

Search and AI discovery are fragmenting. Buyers now find businesses through Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, review sites, and community threads, not just a search bar. When visibility drops, most tools show the symptom. Few explain the cause, and fewer prove whether a fix worked.

Our mission

Surgbly exists to protect and recover organic discovery across Google Search, AI answers, AI crawlers, and third-party citation surfaces. For a small team without a full-time SEO hire, that means one place to find where visibility weakened, why it happened, and what to fix first, instead of five dashboards that only show the symptom.

What we believe

Recovery over reporting

A dashboard that names a drop isn't enough; the job is finding the cause and the fix.

Evidence before advice

Every recommendation should be traceable to a crawl, a snapshot, a Search Console pull, or a schema check.

Owned-site work and external influence are different

Surgbly won't pretend to auto-fix Reddit, a review site, or a publisher page.

Bounded claims

No guaranteed rankings, no guaranteed citations. Search and AI systems are third-party surfaces Surgbly doesn't control.

How we're different

Reversible by design

Every Fix Pack is scoped, previewed, and shippable with a rollback path built into the architecture, not added after the fact.

Crawler access, not just a score

A clear, evidence-backed view of what Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and other crawlers can actually see on your site.

Tied to outcomes

Every fix connects back to Search Console, GA4, AI referral traffic, and conversion movement, not just a citation count.

Workflow depth without the enterprise footprint

Built for small teams and agencies who need more than a visibility tracker but don't need an enterprise SEO suite.

How we work

Remember

Every owned-site change can be previewed, approved, validated, logged, and rolled back. Nothing ships without approval.

Be first to recover lost visibility.
